The Original Fresh Coconut Chutney

Coconuts are wonder nuts! So fresh, creamy, nutty and delicious. Always! Coconut chutney is so easy to prepare and is ready in just 5 minutes! It’s a go-to and popular side for dosas and idlis and many other snacks. This traditional recipe is the purest form of coconut chutney as there is just one main ingredient: Fresh Coconuts! There are other variations to this chutney where people add lentils to the recipe. But it sort of takes the experience away from the true taste and freshness of coconuts. So I simply stick to the original, traditional recipe for The Best Coconut Chutney ever! πŸ™‚
