Ingredients

  • 1. 200 gms Frozen Corn cooked as per package instruction
  • 2. 50 gms Cilantro finely chopped
  • 3. 2 Jalapeños chopped
  • 4. 1 small Red Onion finely chopped
  • 5. 1 Poblano Pepper roasted and chopped
  • 6. 3 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 7. 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 8. Salt to taste
  • 9. Pepper a pinch

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients along with lemon and lime juice together in a large mixing bowl.
