Ingredients

  • For Chutney
  • 1. Roasted Peanuts - 1 cup
  • 2. Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • 3. Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
  • 4. Salt to taste
  • For the Seasoning
  • 1. Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
  • 2. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • 3. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • 4. Curry Leaves - 3-4

Instructions

Add all the ingredients for the chutney in a mixer/ blender along with water and grind to a thick, smooth paste. Adjust to preferred consistency with water.

For the seasoning, add the mustard and cumin seeds to hot coconut oil. Once they start spluttering, add the curry leaves and toss the seasoning into the chutney.

Notes

Tip:
Remove the peanuts skin before grinding.
