Delicious Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower

Well, it’s very hard to resist cauliflowers. Like potatoes, they simply add taste to any dish they are used in. Cauliflowers can also make a complete dish by themselves, such as cauliflower fries. Here’s a striking variant to the usual cauliflower fries. The cauliflowers in this recipe are oven roasted after being drenched in a lavish coating of spicy and tangy buffalo hot sauce and a couple of other delicious ingredients to make this very remarkable and lip-smacking Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower!

Ingredients

  • 1. 1/3 cup Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 2. 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3. 1 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 4. 1 Cauliflower, broken into bite-sized florets
  • 5. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Add buffalo sauce, coconut oil, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat until butter is melted. Stir well to combine. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat thoroughly.

Spread cauliflower on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 mins. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over it and continue baking until slightly toasted, about 10 minutes more.
