- 4 ounces shortening
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1/4 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
